Yeah. That was awesome.
Instead of hitting the needle, Braun decides to hit Jean Segura in the face.

Quote:Washington Nationals manager Matt Williams witnessed a police chase while conducting a radio interview on his way to Nationals Park on Wednesday.

Williams' interview with 106.7 The Fan was interrupted when his car was rear-ended by another vehicle, which crashed into several other cars in an attempt to evade police pursuit.

"He just ran right in the back of me," Williams said. "I just got rear-ended by a guy in a car. Hold on, this guy's crashing into people."

Williams remained calm throughout the process, telling the radio hosts that he was not injured while describing the scene unfolding in front of him.

"I'm good," he said. "There was a police car behind me, and a guy in a car, and he tried to get by me, and he just smoked me.

"The guy behind me was trying to get out of his car, but they had him wedged in. And then he got around me and hit another car going by him."

Williams later repeated that he was fine before saying his Tahoe had sustained damage.

"My rear end is gone now," he said.

Williams did not seem concerned about whether he would be late for the Nationals' game Wednesday afternoon against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

"They don't care about me," he joked. "That's the strangest thing I've ever been a part of right there."

The plane didn't fly out of Boston last night because of problems, so the player's instagrams and twitters are filled with photos of them camped out in airport and hotel lobbies wearing full body Zubaz.
That's normal attire for Detroit
Deadspin called this an eephus, I think it's too low.
