Yup...you need to have both the shipper and shipee be licensed. My company is, so I could send via here at work, but Raider would have to be licensed as well. It varies by carrier, USPS won't at all, FEDEX will with a license.

Also, Boykins was arrested for getting drunk and punching a cop during an altercation. Seeing as TCU isn't coached by Urban Meyer, he's been suspended for the game. What an awful way to go out. And thus what was quite possibly the most exciting offensive match up of the Bowl season is now worthless. Going to see Star Wars again instead.
