Spurrier quits, Sarkisian fired for being a drunk, Grier suspended a year for PED's and Bielema is a flopping d-bag. Man, NCAA football is a mess...and that was just over the weekend.
Shit. Memphis is good.
I got real tired of all the Spurrier coverage this morning. I know he has a great legacy but, in my opinion, he was having a crappy year and quit on his team. At least finish the season.
I wonder if there's something more to it, like he's got cancer or something?

and they were down 14-0 right out the gate. From un ranked to top 20 easy. Maybe higher.
AAC is a solid conference. It'll be interesting to see how this year turns out, with ECU, Memphis, Houston, Temple and Navy all having strong years.

Still Jaw dropped.
All the punter needed to do is fall on it and game over.

not true. It was a 2 point game. MSU would have taken over possession around the 37-40 yard line with enough time for one play left. Whether if that's a game winning fg or a long bomb, who knows but even if he recovers the fumble, the game was not over.
