Probably no one saw it, but the ending to the Houston/UCF game was pretty heartbreaking. Houston, down by 4, drives down the field and with something like 30 seconds left. QB scrambles, runs for the end zone, dives with the ball outstretched, and fumbles just before the ball crosses the goal line. The ball goes out the side of the end zone, causing a touchback, UCF ball.
I saw it. It was definitely heartbreaking. Poor fella.
Also, why is this thread still titled "off season"?
So far 4 teams in the top 5 lost today.
All these teams lose, yet fucking Notre Dame has a horseshoe up their ass. Fuck you, college football

ECU up to #19. Pretty lucky, I think, considering the showing against SMU. To be fair, I think SMU's QB (was the 4th string QB to start the season) is better than expected but no way they should have put up 24 pts. I hope Coach Ruff lays into the defense before the next game.
Yeah, we won't go very far if that defense shows up every week. We'll see with USF.

Holy hell though, the top 25 got obliterated this weekend.

It's gonna get yanked out sideways when ND plays FSU.
ND beats FSU and all of college football collapses into itself.
