Walked down to one of our favorite restaurants/bars, as it was gorgeous today and the ATT was packed with bikers/runners/walkers taking in the nice weather before it gets shitty tomorrow. Roush enjoyed every second of it.

I almost adopted this little guy. But I have hardwood floors and too much nice shit in my condo. Plus I cannot justify carrying an animal's shit.

You guys, I really shouldn't get this dog right?
As a dog lover, I say good luck with that shit.

That pup is gorgeous.

Dogs make life better...period. But if you don't have time for it and are constantly stressing about walking it and letting it get out to poop, don't do it. I personally like dog claw indentions on a wood floor. How far are you from a park?
Yeah, you should adopt that little guy! A few months of getting him house trained, getting abit of exercise for yourself as well. It's totally worth it. A lot of times I didn't want to clean up shit and pee on my floors almost twice a day when he was that age, or get up early mornings to walk him in pissing down rain, but you get used to that. And a friend for his life or yours ftw. You have an excuse to talk outloud to yourself anywhere.
get a temporary carpat on your floors maybe?
While I'm away, I've dog walkers sorted out with my uncle and aunt and my cousins as well. Only I know milo pulls hard and can easily take off from my cousins if he feels like it. He outweighs the younger one so's she hasn't a chance to control that and there are coyotes all over his walk routes, it's like they stalk him when we go out. So I got this:

Its easy to get it on him, I got it fitted at the store. Guy told me milo puffs out his chest so you can't get it around him, like a horse getting a saddle on lol. Also he will complain abit and growl at you, but he's only saying how feels about it all. Anyway, walking him is like having a new dog. He stays at my side even when I unleash him. He looks abit hobbled and he's not liking it much, kind of peeved off looking, but he doesn't fight it and he's used to it now. Got my cousins to practice putting it on him, and ignore his grumbling, just have a treat for him after it's on. Now I have peace of mind that he's not going to take advantage of my absence on his walks. If it goes well, I'll pay my cousins for taking him out.
I would recommend this harness over any type of muzzle harness or choke collar. if you use a choke collar you are an asshole. The trick is to make his direction from the front, not pulling him to the side, it's only going to make him able to pull his head back and commence a shock on your arm sockets.
Everyone I've talked to about this says it's a bad idea. That thing is gonna grow to at least 70lbs. She's a pit bull but is apparently a really easy going puppy. My main concerns are poop, the smell and my awesome pad getting scratched and chewed to shit and pissed all over. If I had a yard, it would be a no brainier. But I can't stop thinking about the little guy. I won't be in any position to pick her up until the end of May so hopefully someone else will and I can just move on.
